If anyone dare to take risk, you could buy from ebay. There is some buyer protection if you didnt receive or get fake item. Its generally much cheaper than you can get in Malaysia. Uk seller is recomended and their shipping fee is very reasonable. Don worry much about getting taxed, unless you order very expensive stuff. Just don trust china seller.

Not sure about that. I've imported 5 electronic items from ebay before and I've never had to be taxed. All costing more than RM500. However, all of the items are light and packed in small boxes. Maybe that could be the reason

A good amp usb/dac - Hifiman HM801/602. There are better ones out there, they just don't come to mind right now.

An Amp is just to enhance the sound...
Of course a good amp will make the headphone perform better
But the the impedence of your headphone is not too high, you can live with normal player..hehe..
