Lol..i know it's still available worldwide. Just curious where did u get it from since most of the resellers in malaysia are out of stock now.  laugh.gif

I heard from Jaben that Asia had been having stock shortage for quite some time already. smile.gif Supply comes on and off, and usually in limited quantities. Regardless, it's a good headphone to have, why hold off purchasing something this good if you can already get it? brows.gif

Loving my Sennheiser HD650 + iBasso D6, both which I just got this January. wub.gif Too bad it's kinda hot lately, making me go back to my Yuin PK1/3 more.

DAC is like an external sound card, if u feel that ur laptop sound card produces bad sound, then yes, u'll need a DAC.
Amp wise, i haven't tried the RS180 before. I think there are not much RS series users in this thread too. tongue.gif

Do notice that, the DAC and amplifying process of RS180 is doing INSIDE the headphone itself. Adding an External DAC/Amp will not really help in the chain. Perhaps changing the sound signature?

That's what I'm looking for. As I'm thinking is the DAC and AMP inside the based or the headphone.

Any HD228 / HD238 out there? Wonder if it's worth paying the extra to get HD238 instead of HD228. Will there be any significant difference between these two models?

I have a HD238. If you're wondering what the HD238 sounds like then read this http://www.headfonia.com/ultra-portable-sh...kool-and-hd238/
I agree with most of what the review about it says. Can't comment on HD228's sounds as I've never listened to it before.

What's the price of these two headphones?
Tho I'd say it depends on you, one is closed and another is opened.
