Lol using a HD650 is hardly low profile... i doubt anyone will notice a portable smartphone sized amp when you have the HD650 on.
You can go to Jaben or Amplified head for cables made to order. As well as cases.

Sennheiser hd650 requires a lot of power to really sing

bro, u make some mistakes here

1. handphone not enough power to drive HD 650
2. it is not low profile
3. it is open and you might disturb other people in your office
4. shorten cable is available but expensive, try ebay
5. or I suggest you to keep in at home and get a portable close can like sony 1r, senn momentum on ear, denon new series, beyer t5p and etc...
