as long as the sleeve buttons are not working ones, a tailor should be able to alter it

You cant expect someone who button both buttons to get the suit right...

If you can't pinpoint what's wrong with this suit maybe you should spend a bit more time looking before going for your first bespoke suit..

^ what he said.

To help you out a little, pants probably look baggy because it is just too long. Read previous pages and look at some good pics of how pants length should be.

And the jacket length is again, too long.

Looks totally OTR to me..

OTR is actually not that bad, if you look around you can find those more slim cut modern fit types. Even with surgeon cuff etc etc for under RM500. As for the fit, u have to try around, so many brands so many different cutting... u might get lucky and get 1 that fits u and 90% of the Msian cant tell the difference between a bespoke and an OTR anway.

i made the mistake of buying an OTR suit with working sleeve buttons :S

they're about 1-1.5" too long for me. i've visited a lot of tailors in my area and they all said it can't be altered because of the sleeve button holes.

anyone know of a place that can fix this? spent so much time researching about buying suits and never came across anything about the working button thing

The common way is to unbutton the lowest button for 3 buttons and 2 buttons suits.

And what do you guys think about 1 button suit? is it a proper suit for real men? or just kpop style wannabe?

Single button has been around since the 1920s'. Whatever K'pop, Jpop, Marc Jacobs, slim crap everyone calls it, recycles designs from yesteryear with new cutting. whistling.gif
