Unless you know Yong Heng Xiang well, their price is chop head for new timers.

Lao Chan (Kepong) is associated with them. I think relative biz. Their stocks are quite similar. Price wise much cheaper / less cut throat. Unfortunately, they have been away for a while. I passed by 2 days ago, but they are still not open.

Btw, how much is that raw you bought?

If you got chance, try Dayi Dragon Pole. I remember it was good. Very creamy. But that was so long ago since I last tried...

There is another one in there owned by the pretty girls. Can't remember the tea shop name. You can find lot of old tea in the shop.

Lao Chan kepong couldn't open shop for the past few weeks cause their 2 staff has resigned, so no one to attend the shop. I was passing by and saw it was opened, went in and the lady boss (investor) said they have not resumed biz yet.

She has no idea about the tea and prices. She apologized and asked me to come next time.

Went JDX and tried

How time has fly. It is 1 year since I started my tea adventure... So many times I have said 'Have to slow down', 'Try not to buy any more', 'Cut down' but it is not easy to control the craving for more tea sweat.gif

Haha careful that tea is dangerous. after drink i blur blur tongue.gif Nice, i would like to have some of those tea again biggrin.gif

no worry you will cut down, i also buy alot of tea, but nowaday buy slowly as seem to me I probably can't drink finish all my tea... so i slowly buying. Drinking chinese tea for me is more enjoyable if just sit on table with friend and drink whole day. If drink alone is very sad indeed. Like what i am doing now sad.gif

I am not surprise that sometimes staff resigned all at the same time. Last time I went to Subang and the tea shop owner now jaga the shop since all his staff resigned. Pity him.

As for Lao Chan, I think they going to close down soon..Another tea shop in Kepong bites the dust.

Just came back from Teali, and according to them, people are buying most/all of their Dayi recently. They only have very few left (on the shelf).

They said Dayi pricing is increasing fast and speculation has already begun... New year product is more expensive that the older year same recipe. Prices are changing nearly everyday.
