hi guys, i wanna ask suggestion..which is more worth it..A500 or A550? what are their major difference? O_O

by the way, im currently using the Sony Alpha A200..hoping to go for an upgrade =)

If u wanna upgrade, I'd suggest u either wait for a7xx series or straight to FF.

it all depends on your budget... without your budget, we can't really advice on which one is more suitable.

guys...u all using what mem card?...i wanted to buy 8gb SD card..but got so many class...i using 2gb class 2 now...class 2 and class 10 got wat difference when use with the DSLR?..got affect anything?..i just know that class 10 got higher transfer speed...

It also depends on whether your body is fast enough to process the images into your memory card. I tried extreme CF cards and sometimes it seems slow when loading the images into the card. Now im using a normal CF card only. Dont really have a diff. Just a bit slow when reading n writing. To me it doesnt matter. biggrin.gif

the class, like u said, affect transfer speed la... fundamentally, your camera is also a 2000 bucks memory card reader..

your a550, using a normal speed would be enough, dont have to go all the way high end, unless you use your 7fps like 90% of the time.. then maybe u need the highest speed u can get your hands on
