Sucks man! I just bought a brand new MBP 13 from the Apple online store and just within 2 weeks, the battery has problems and can't be charged.
Called Apple's Support line and there were very good but still had to bring to Machines to service... and now they tell me that they will need 1 week to diagnose and another week to change the battery... damn!...
if Apple wants to take some market share from the enterprise segment, they better do a lot better in the services side...
if I had a dell, they would send an engineer on-site the next day to solve my problems....
just my bad luck I guess

and it came with a dead pixel. Called them up and I was told that it is Dell's policy that no replacement would be made unless there are 6 or more dead pixels.
Apple agreed to exchange my MBP 13" when I discovered a dead pixel out of the box. No beating around the bush. I am now waiting for the delivery of the replacement unit.
Called up Apple again today and it is due to arrive 4~6 June 2010.
When I sms-ed my gf that Apple agreed to replace the MBP 13"; she sms-ed back "That's so cool !! Screw Dell !!" . By the way, she's a Dell user.
