Yeah, a lot of poison due to that Varapower 2000.
However, the tests show that it is nowhere near the claimed 3000 lumens. In fact only half that Ok lah, the 3000 lumens is probably emitter lumens (better marketing). Normally the loss is 20-30%, so OTF should be 2100. But now only about 1500. |

I believe that light puts out more and the meter is simply maxxed out. You need for these guys to chip in and get you the bigger 24 inch sphere system so you can read lights up over 3500 lumens. yeah, amazing... they have to build a new sphere to read the higher output stuff.
btw, does an integrating sphere have to be styrofoam? it be built out of anything decently reflective and reflects light equally for the whole spectrum (white) right? polkiuj, are you reading my mind? thinking of building an integrating sphere?
