yep, that lyn id might not be his, i'll remove that asap.

fyi, one of his phone no. matches the lelong id so maybe you could try to contact him from there.

and, since he's using pijoe79 as his id for both lelong and the other forum.. is there any possiblity that he might be using similar nick on this forum?

i did contact wif seller but he rarely reply my msg n didnt pick my call since i claim for my warranty.. mayb he did something wrong in lyn dat why keep changing nick.. need to beware..

since you have all the necessary details, why not lodge a police report over this (on the ground that seller cheated you by selling a defective phone)?

let's see if he still remains evasive after that.

from my part: i email my supplier more than 5 time and they not reply yet. I told the whole story what happen to this iphone till this iphone rosak. Today already 5 days and tomorrow i will try to find their phone number. I can ship back this iphone to australia (to get warranty) but i dont want take risk because my supplier dont know i want claim warranty.

TOO MANY TIMES you UGUT i... want to report police, report any tribunal and many more. What i can say to you is, UP TO YOU.. if you think this can help you... but i'm doing my way.

i almost kena ragut and i fell down in a very great impact! iphone at my front pocket dat totall didnt damaged my iphone.. at first ok.. den few hours later the iphone totally no sound from both speakers and mic are mute.. 2 days hav past and the carrier keep no service and totally cant use at all.. wat u expect from me..? i broke it..? think wise & use yr common sense, i jatuh at my butt and the iphone at my front pocket.

So TS "almost kena ragut" then fell down, resulting some impact on the phone, caused it malfunction. And your statement of not causing damage to the phone is VERY SUBJECTIVE, who know what happen on the moment you fell down, the degree & orientation of impact

From my point of view, this is your responsibility IF you caused the physical damage to the item, the warranty will be void.

This terms normally apply on all electrics & electronics + hardware ~ gadgets, you cannot claim warranty if the item got physical damage. Physical damage can be some part inside the phone meaning the circuits or the part or outside. Better go Iphone center and get some checking & more infos b4 proceed warranty claim

Unless seller stated before the deal the warranty cover this kind of issue, if not then you're good to go on your own

the phone might have been defective to start with but who would've known that.. or it might have sustained some damage during the fall but no one knows for sure too.. so why don't both of you agree to a meet-up to straighten things out?

and to seller, since you personally offered a 6 months warranty, the least you could do (even if there's no intention on your part to honour that) is to guide buyer on how to go about getting the phone repaired or worse comes to worst, feign a concern over buyer's predicament

you can try contacting this seller over here. he can help you fix the problem.

physical damage is not covered under warranty, but if seller can specify what he meant by personal warranty, then you guys can work something out.

i am totally agree however TS and the seller should relax and clam down.. Don't threaten each another...TS, the seller does not con u or what however the damages need check first before able to do any judgment on the iphone.

i'm just waiting respond from TS after list here my full name IC as well as my address....
