You already ADMIT that you were wrong, yet you still want warranty?
You fell down, you hit the phone, of course you cannot claim warranty for that.

if can, everytime i buy laptop, wait for the last month of the warranty, SLAM my laptop, and bring to Acer to change me a new laptop?

Just to share my experience on electronic devices...

Usually good product designers do vibration & shock tests on their product to see its durability... For shock test there might be some external damage on the device if it's not durable enough since it's done by releasing the device to fall from certain height, but for vibration test, the device is shaken like crazy and it's hold on tightly by vibration test machine thus even if there is no external damage there might be internal damage to the device due to the vibration that it has sustained (Modules disconnected, parts fell off, etc.)

- Similar to TS case, even if his body/thigh probably cushioned the phone during his fall, but there's still damaging impact to the phone internally even there's no damage outside.

- Similar to motorcyclist that crushed his brain during accident even though he was wearing a helmet sad.gif

All I'm saying is, it's probably useless to prove that the phone should by right, work by displaying that externally it's still good.

Still, seller could've done more to help out... whatever happened to customer is always right? :-)

So TS "almost kena ragut" then fell down, resulting some impact on the phone, caused it malfunction. And your statement of not causing damage to the phone is VERY SUBJECTIVE, who know what happen on the moment you fell down, the degree & orientation of impact  whistling.gif

From my point of view, this is your responsibility IF you caused the physical damage to the item, the warranty will be void.

This terms normally apply on all electrics & electronics + hardware ~ gadgets, you cannot claim warranty if the item got physical damage. Physical damage can be some part inside the phone meaning the circuits or the part or outside. Better go Iphone center and get some checking & more infos b4 proceed warranty claim

Unless seller stated before the deal the warranty cover this kind of issue, if not then you're good to go on your own  smile.gif
