physical damage is not covered under warranty, but if seller can specify what he meant by personal warranty, then you guys can work something out.

may i ask why you havent uploaded the pictures of the iphone till now? instead of accusing the seller, why not provide pictures so ppl out here can judge till what extend is your damage and whether it would be covered by warranty or not.

i guess till you dont do that, no point arguing and pointing fingers at the seller.

and as per i said earlier, there are other solutions to fix your iphone as well, like the link i previously provided, and i believe the cost of the repair will stilll be cheaper than the cost of sending and recieving back from AUS
