pls stated down ur dateline for every process , and if possible , the staff that promised u to do this and that , but never get it done

if 10 ppl send this email , and malay mail will keep on calling tm corporate comm. dept to ask for explanation.

Pls be corporate so that we can pressure tm

Sorry not going to do. The reason why is that I <3 being slow. Yes it took them some time , all you have to do is sit back , talk and let htem get the job. If you keep on screwing them 100% , most likely your line will be messed up at times.
But if you praise after screwing them up politely , they dont mind. This is what I recommend. Generally I praise their staff , you can't blame them. Sometimes their systems are too slow , downtime and best of all they have 10001 systems which needs to be updated

I dont recommend people to mess with TM , unless its your last resort. Generally e-mail and wait, if that fails , then bring MCMC in to help you out. Please remain polite and please be formal as possible. WRITING a letter like 'ZOMG , I AM FED UP WITH YOUR SERVICES' may make things even worse. Instead write ' I'm deeply sadden by services provided by TM'. Be polite always , and make sure you have the upper hand. Despite sending e-mails and calling them , then you can start bringing in MCMC and others.This is my tip and yes it has worked !

Anyway , first page has been updated with even more information. I'll add more as time comes

Agree with you but sometime our language issue do not allow us to do so ... like i am so weak in english ... not really can write too formal letter ...
Anyway thank you for your advice if posibble please provide us some example so that we can learn from it.

i'm not sure on ur question but better upgrade to 4mbps(if can) with just rm5 difference with 2mbps.

2mbps and with 4mbps is almsot d same. if ur place cant suppor 4mbps den 2 mbps also cant. juz go tmpoint and ask and see

I got my streamyx terminated on the 4th of may - the day i submitted the termination and application form itself.

the jumpering was done on 16th and activation of streamyx was done on the 18th.

from my experience, i had to travel few times to tm point to check on my application. took them a week after my termination to submit the application to hq branch, for reasons i donno what. calls were made to 100 every other day to push bout my application. it you ask me, i'd say it depends on your luck, some tm point staff will help you where as some will just give you the "30 days yapping" regardless of whatever questions you throw at them. above all, like what prasys said, be nice and polite when you're asking bout your streamyx. can't blame the staff when the system itself is flawed
