Sorry not going to do. The reason why is that I <3 being slow. Yes it took them some time , all you have to do is sit back , talk and let htem get the job. If you keep on screwing them 100% , most likely your line will be messed up at times.
But if you praise after screwing them up politely , they dont mind. This is what I recommend. Generally I praise their staff , you can't blame them. Sometimes their systems are too slow , downtime and best of all they have 10001 systems which needs to be updated
I dont recommend people to mess with TM , unless its your last resort. Generally e-mail and wait, if that fails , then bring MCMC in to help you out. Please remain polite and please be formal as possible. WRITING a letter like 'ZOMG , I AM FED UP WITH YOUR SERVICES' may make things even worse. Instead write ' I'm deeply sadden by services provided by TM'. Be polite always , and make sure you have the upper hand. Despite sending e-mails and calling them , then you can start bringing in MCMC and others.This is my tip and yes it has worked !
