Tell us, where you get the

1) blue wire line ? It supposes to be neutral. Can confirm it is a neutral line?
2) brown wire tap from where? From the switch ? Is the switch ON?
3) which model you buy ? from the manual, it has 2 models. Which another model is 24vdc.
4) Is the number follow correct?

Hey just thought of updating you. Was away.
Today I went back to the shop and got it check. Confirm it's ok.

So check again and apparently my neutral at the other end came off...that's why the clock was not working but the switch works manually.

Now it's working..

Next will connect another light to this timer. So one timer control two lights.

Thanks a lot...... thumbsup.gif

Battery just for backup. Nothing to do with battery as long as supply is there.

It's probably the mechanism that cause the delay.

Time to change it.

I now use a digital timer where I don't need to see the time.
It works as a timer using an app on my handphone.

This is a wifi on/off switch with timer function.
So it can function like Hager, except that it does not have a clock for you to look at.

Hager can function as a clock as well when installed at a place where you can see it easily.

A sonoff basic model will do. Less than RM25.

Install 1 to replace the Hager timer since 2017. I just throw it ontop ceiling beside the downlight.

Compare Hager and Sonoff, Hager more stable running. Sonoff sot sot.
