QUOTE(dvlzplayground @ Apr 5 2010, 10:45 PM) a bit more. so ur maximum budget is rm2500 is it? should've state 1st... plus "upgrading" from D3000 to D60 is kinda stupid thing to do... actually very stupid thing to do. D3000 is better than D60 in every way. what review u read?? get 18-200 VR! if too expensive, get sigma 18-200 OS HSM. RM1796 (yamiya.com.my) the direction button on the d60 more solid compare to my d3000 button . others than that . d3000 should be better

QUOTE(SkyBlue99 @ Apr 5 2010, 10:37 PM) edministrator, it is ok.. bt as u can see at 200mm it lacks of sharpness already due to it;s magnification. but it's still a good allrounder most likely due to ISO1600. Here's another 200mm with ISO200: 200mm, f/5.6, 1/500s, ISO200 200mm, f/5.6, 1/640s, ISO200 This post has been edited by edministrator: Apr 5 2010, 10:55 PM

QUOTE(CloudKee @ Apr 5 2010, 10:57 PM) OH yes, it`s okay for me..... the price you stated is VR or VR II? 2 versions of 18-200mm are using same VRII technology. The main difference is the new revision has zoom lock, to prevent lens creeping and gold VR stamping instead of red. optically both are the same.

QUOTE(SkyBlue99 @ Apr 5 2010, 11:15 PM) exactly many reviews says D300/D300s + 18-200mm VR is a reporter's/traveller's deadly combo, due to D300s ability to shoot low noise @ hi iso to compensate this slower variable aperture lens

QUOTE(mykpin88 @ Apr 5 2010, 11:24 PM) may i knw which 50mm lense should i buy?cheap ones.. 50mm f/1.8 is the cheapest among other 50mm (around RM350-380), but only able to manual focus on D40-D5k bodies.
