Byond running on Linux so its imposible to support NTFS. Maybe it using EXT because this file system dont have size limition.
Right now only bro Talljustine have the answer.  smile.gif
*
Correct me if I'm wrong, I thought Linux-base should be able to support NTFS?
But Windows-base may have problem accessing EXT? Or require 3rd party software? rclxub.gif

Hope TJ & team will seriously consider NTFS support nod.gif

Good to hear. I'll be visiting and asking tons of questions. Hopefully the sales people would know all the details.

This doesn't sound too good. Hopefully tomorrow I can clarify; but then again generally sales people are notoriously forgetful or misinformed.

Hopefully Astro keeps track of their Astro Max subscribers so that they can get B.yond PVR for free, especially for those who had to "surrender" their Astro Max when they installed their B.yond.

mostly I only watch and record SD Channels...
so, probably 16GB is enough  tongue.gif

If Astro transmits HD at 8Mbps H264 and using 384kpbs Dolby Digital, using a 16GB flash drive you can record 252 minutes of HD, equal to The Lord Of The Rings Extended Edition.

Tall justin mentioned if we use the PVR beyond dual connection is needed then there wld be another installation right ? Another RM100 installation or waived agaian ! hmm.gif

You know I download 8 min worth of transport stream HD content and it's 1GB already. I guess Astro will be halved since it's half the bitrate and is compressed unlike Mpeg2.

I download korean contents by the way.
From what I can see, B.Yond's sharpness is below adequate but wins in terms of pixelations.
