Overclocked mine to 800mhz. I can feel significant increase in speed when opening my mails, inbox and when playing AVI files.
 Will try with Youtube. Added on April 7, 2010, 1:53 amOkay, just tested Youtube.  Freakin' fast. Normally, I need to pause the video, but after OC'ed, the video loads straight away.  This post has been edited by Ninja: Apr 7 2010, 01:53 AM |

How many type of video files does maemo 5 support?Even with the extra decoder I cannot play flv files.Can play rmvb but not so smoot.

Wondering which is the best recommended mhz for oc the n900 without causing much battery consumption?

everyone says 800 is the stable one... some have tried 900 and remains stable... so its more like luck but 800 is the majority...

The heat is actually caused by the "battery". I'm not sure, maybe someone can confirm after the phone gets hot, turn off the phone and remove the battery and check if it's the phone hot or the battery that's hot. Hey guys,
Need some help... i oc my N900 through PC using flash kernel to 800mhz... Once its done in 2 second it come out a white boot screen... then it off again...When i press the power button to boot, the screen came out same white screen then go off again.. it failed to load into the device.. duno what happen?
