If there's no capping whatsoever until next year, then basically you' get 1/2 year of uncap connection, plus no RM300 installation fee along with RM800 worth of free stuffs, and the rest of 1 1/2 year you can only pray they'll give a reasonable download quota.
Sound good?

Shouldn't the poll contain choices like "None of the above", "I would rather use a different ISP", and "I'll stick with Streamyx"?

QUOTE No, not at this time. However, TM is researching how to implement a Fair Usage Policy (FUP)and we expect it to be enabled next year across all products. Across all products??? So Screamyx will soon be capped next year also? Looks like no more "unlimited" broadband package from TMnut soon, at least for resident.

QUOTE(xcen @ Mar 25 2010, 11:25 PM) I only have 2 complaints: 1. Too expensive. 2. Internation line still as shitty as screamyx. I am on the trial package and I find that accessing international sites using UniFi is much faster than Streamyx especially video streaming.

Hey guys,
Can the IPTV box support VGA cables as I'm considering of getting the base package. I barely watch Astro nowadays though.

well I would propose another type of FUP similar to what I had used oversea.
During peak hours. eg 9am-11pm, throttle down speed if usage/download is above eg 1-2 GB...
Then open back during off peak... That way downloaders still can download and hog at no expense of other users
