head to MINES. then look for the Balakong way. from MINES (via Balakong way) is about 2-3KM and is a straight road. you will see AEON Jusco first.

I have seen the overall C180 concept.
From my condo staying experience, i felt that the service apartment will be noisy as it is so close to the shopping mall and shoplots....Somemore, the access to the service apartment is at the back--meaning you have to pass-by all those shoplots to get to the carpark and get into the apartment.
Also, i am wondering will there be so many people just went there to shopping other than the Livia serviced apartment residents. One good thing is the developer will manage the leasing of the shoplot in the CENTER of shopping parade (u may need to see the model to understand..).

Ah, just personal opinion.Anyway, just left less than 4 units for LIVIA service apartment when i visit on 24/4/10. The shoplot only left level 2 at the last phase which near to LIVIA apartment,selling at RM490k+, 0% during construction.The office lot above the shoplot is yet to open for sales.
The shoplots with super good location near the road already SOLD in phase-1 and phase-2.

The surrounding area is pack with contemporary commercial, such as Paparich, Citibank, McD, and so on, as well as Carrefour and Jusco Selatan. And

future project which have LRT extension at Cheras Tun Hussein Onn. After all, with the completion of c180, and more office beside the new project,

it'll be like what brochure mentioned, a transforming Cheras face. Nobody know, even Ikea and tesco will within the vicinity in 5 years time.

We all keep finger crossed all the things mentioned will happen.. icon_rolleyes.gif

I think 25k for this area is really expensive. If you have a unit here for own stay and need an extra carpark, go ahead. If you are just an invester, why bother?

price will not drop. Economy slow down becoz market not hot, cooling period, becoz all waiting for GE13 to know who's the BOSS, minor politic tumbler, BLR may revise. Building material price increase at least 10% before each CNY is consistent happened. Chain reaction

I m interested to C180, but not very familiar to this area. Can I know does the access good ? Traffic there ok? I Scare jam and pay toll.

When does this project complete? already taken keys? The unit is partly furnished by developer? Or empty? Got free car park come with the unit?

Any owner want to let go ?

Hi all,

Went to C180 on yesterday.. Seems like the business is not doing well there...a lot of shoplots still remain unoccupied..I guess the price of the service apartment there will dropping soon...

Yes, this is the critical period. If the area is Chinese dominant. The biz should doing very well. If no shops open, it actually telling u straight in the face, no traffic or no money here, basically, the area really need some momentoum.

1. C180 VP till now is still less than 6 mth
2. If not all, most Jaya Jusco u go u'll find the similar crowd too....
3. Again, if not all, most shops in various areas are also quiet, such as SS2, TTDI and etc.....
4. However, I'm not saying C180 is crowded or vibrant.... BUT judging a place during a CNY definitely doesn't make sense....

C180 is pretty new. Most tenants r beer garden if not mistaken. Anyway hav onli been there once. Not even went in. And it's more like strata shops similar to Giza. So I reckon need time to build tenants. It's not like jusco buildings or shopping complexes tat ll confirm most tenants b4 opening.

In actual fact, I do hope that C180 will become successful.. I have purchased one unit at "Windows on the Park", if C180 doing well, WOTP's price will also appreciate.

Now investor targeting nearby MRT. Even have car or motorbike they still can take MRT transport. More easy going anywhere.

Took a few rounds there for some fast grab, not bad actually considering alot of shops opening up ... especially essential ones like F&B and marts. Looks like Putri Puchong when it first opened, looking at how Putri Puchong flourish. I think C180 area should do good in coming years.

Car park definitely no problem here, there are plenty of indoor visitor car park for RM 1 only. Condo occupancy is definitely more than 50%. At least my floor only 2 being empty.

Looks quite a happening there in my opinion. Lots so eateries, pubs and banks. I always go there for steamboat and parking is never a problem. Really feel quite convenient to stay there. Made a check with a few property agent frens, rental for the studio can fetch rm.1.6 to 1.7k month so decided to invest coz I think the place will turn out to be a hot place in cheras in the future. Just hope that I'm right

Yes even CIMB is there now so quite confident. The facility like swimming pool and gym is also well maintained. Plan to apply an extra card to use the facilities after renting it out tongue.gif

I know investors normally cover the loans using rental.. so if rental = installments, hmm why not buying..

furthermore, competition there is stiff... so many high rise... studio in my view too small for a family and too expensive for single..

2k for studio in c180, might be a bit difficult now. Rental to cover loan shouldn't be a problem in this area. I don't agree the theory that if rental=loan, people buy instead of rent.

Quite familiar wif the place. Really quite happening now compared to 1 year ago. In my opinion since the opening of aeon selatan really bring up the surrounding area. Hopefully it will continue

sorry to say RM2k/month is almost impossible even for the next 5-10 years.

The reason is simple, rich people who can simply pay RM2000 for rental won't rent studio because they will have better choice like condo/ landed...poor people wont afford to rent 2k/month

Another victim Neo Yong Pau said the burglar entered via the large drain behind his house. He lost RM150 in cash.

Village head Lim Chin Yuan said the villagers were living in fear.

He urged them to be alert and notify the police or him if they should notice any suspicious person or activities in the village.

According to Balakong assemblyman Eddie Ng, who called for the press conference, the police said Batu 11, Taman Kasturi and C180 Cheras were hotspots for break-ins in recent years.

“According to Interpol, the ideal police to population ratio is 1:250. With 115,000 policemen in Malaysia, we have surpassed the needed manpower, hence I urge the police to restructure the designation of duties.

“The villagers are worried and unable to sleep well. I urge the police to take immediate action to ensure no more new case happens,” he said.

Community Policing Association of Batu 11, Cheras, Selangor deputy chairman Foong Kah Loong urged villagers to join the association and patrol the village.

“We patrol the village but the area we have to cover is vast and none of the villagers are taking part.

“Hence, we hope they can join us in keeping their neighbourhood safe,” he said.
