not to say not possible, but studio..

I know investors normally cover the loans using rental.. so if rental = installments, hmm why not buying..

furthermore, competition there is stiff... so many high rise... studio in my view too small for a family and too expensive for single..

unless the commercial/office there is very boom, kind of hard for ppl to park in 2k for rental in studio..well as of now, 1500 can get KL new highrise, 4 roomer or 3 roomer at least
