Just bought a studio unit at 340k fully furnished. Hope it's a good investment cool2.gif

Looks quite a happening there in my opinion. Lots so eateries, pubs and banks. I always go there for steamboat and parking is never a problem. Really feel quite convenient to stay there. Made a check with a few property agent frens, rental for the studio can fetch rm.1.6 to 1.7k month so decided to invest coz I think the place will turn out to be a hot place in cheras in the future. Just hope that I'm right

Yes even CIMB is there now so quite confident. The facility like swimming pool and gym is also well maintained. Plan to apply an extra card to use the facilities after renting it out tongue.gif

As long as can cover my monthly installment is good enough for me bro. Rm2k/month in the future is possible in my opinion. Why not? What makes u think that it's not possible?

furthermore, competition there is stiff... so many high rise... studio in my view too small for a family and too expensive for single..

unless the commercial/office there is very boom, kind of hard for ppl to park in 2k for rental in studio..well as of now, 1500 can get KL new highrise, 4 roomer or 3 roomer at least

Quite familiar wif the place. Really quite happening now compared to 1 year ago. In my opinion since the opening of aeon selatan really bring up the surrounding area. Hopefully it will continue
