Car park definitely no problem here, there are plenty of indoor visitor car park for RM 1 only. Condo occupancy is definitely more than 50%. At least my floor only 2 being empty.

Not too far I believe although it's not walkable. I think it's around 3km.

2k for studio in c180, might be a bit difficult now. Rental to cover loan shouldn't be a problem in this area. I don't agree the theory that if rental=loan, people buy instead of rent.
