When my dad bought this phone, it is 2.4k doh.gif

I told him not to buy the new release Nokia handphone, but he did not listen. At the end i am using it.

By the way, when i charge my N97, i found out that after i unplug the charger from the plug; the N97 still charging.

I feel weird, so i left it in my bag pack and when i take out after i reached home, it is still charging. rclxub.gif  rclxub.gif

What is going on??

I am using the Nokia original charger anyway.

LOL. That is why i said it is not wise to directly buy new released Nokia phones, have problem and too expensive to get it.

It is always better if you can off the phone when charging. My Nokia N97 used by my sister got problem already. Its battery is quite weak, same goes to my sister N97 mini. When asked, she have a common habit when she charge these 2 phones: charging it when it is switch on and use it to sms and talking over the phone.

You can always charge it when it is on and get the consequences faced by my sister and me now.

So far, i think the major problem is that users tend to charge the phones when it is on and still using it.

I have to say that is Nokia phones' battery are not capable of withstanding such charging in the long term.

after one week with this phone.. Ive found out tat its quite slow, if compare to the like of xm5800 and x6, and battery life is short too,,maybhe becaused of the qwerty.. But when ym and web surfing, with qwerty kb and bigger 3.5 inch screen, this is where n97 really shine..

It is drink battery power like M1 fuel consumption. I need 5 hours to fully charge the original battery.

Try using it very little. I use my X6 about 1 hour every night and I managed to squeeze out around 4 days shocking.gif
