QUOTE(remysix @ Mar 29 2005, 05:46 PM) u might need to a little bit define the word 'normal'...is it capalang psu...this mobo requires constant juice...how height izzit depends on what is ur attention...normal use or oc kaw2 type...if not enuff juice...u may get the power led blinking once and awhile...and restart loop may happen...happened to me once...forgot to connect the fdd connector to the board...when i booted the pc...got blinking power led...nice to watch thou but could never load properly...my at least get some pure or truepower la...maybe 450w...that one depends on what's ur system capacity...maybe sifus around here can give some tips... i meant the normal capalang rm50 450W PSU with 24 pin connecter...well i wont be OC-ing it yet till i have the $$$ to go for a good PSU...my question is can the MB work on a capalang PSU jus 4 normal usage? btw, how much is alphamatics selling the ultra-d?

it's not a problem...it is designed as such...that's actually my argument why thet have 1&3 same color coded when both cannot be used to run dual-channel...maybe future bios update will address this issue...

What do you guys have? mine's A02 on the board and A3 when checked using CPU-Z. what i heard was the difference in revision simply means the difference in the default bios shipped. all the motherboards are the same.

QUOTE(evilhomura89 @ Mar 29 2005, 03:40 PM) What kind of PSU r u guyz using?? 20 pins or 24 pins? The DFI mobo have a 24 pins connector for PSU. For normal/other mobo, it uses 20 pins connector. I heard that 20 pins mobo can fits in to the DFI mobo with 24 pins connector. Enlight 420w - what kind of connector does this PSU have?? Hehe my SLI-DR is sitting alone on the desk now. His 3500+ companion is on it's way from Brisbane as we speak and so is the Twinmos UTT from chinsc. Don't think i'll be able to put this rig together anytime soon as I need to dismantle my water cooled rig and remove the PSU for the SLI-DR
