Actually I have not overclocked that winnie before, because I bought it as a temporarily CPU. I have a friend who has the same stepping as mine and he is running at 240x10 now.

1.dfi sli-d
2.a64 veni 3000+
3.winfast 6600gt sli ready
4.twinmos UTT winbond 2x512mb
5.with original cooler fan and heatsink
6.thermaltake 480watts true power

mostly the UTT need how much vdimm and the venice as well? by using the defaul cooler, will it goes up to 2300mzh with stable in games and running at acceptable temp?

check ur venice and look for the stepping..

try some of this

flash to 618-2 bios
use yellow slots for ram

UTT with active cooling i'd say 3.4-3.5 for 24/7 use..
processor on stock heatsink 1.5-1.58max

if lazy then i don't think DFI board is suitable for u.. give it some time and tweak it..

isn't it the thermaltake 480W is a 20pin PSU?

for SLI, i dun think a 480W will enough, read this thread start from page1.
u'll found that, even a 550W pure, the +12V will drop till 11.7~11.8V.

Lastnight i hv playing around wif my rig...
able to go 250Mhz 1:1 at 2-3-3-6 and 2-3-3-5, but i prefer 2-3-3-6....
vcore 1.41, stable at memtest #5 for 6hours, and also prime95...

and i found out something special...
i hv tried out to get 1T for 4 stick of ram...
and lastime i get is 100mhz DDR200 for ram...
and the latest try, i found that, by using the FSB divider, 5:3,
it shows up DDR400 at memtest... wif 18XXMbps tranfer rate...
suppose it should be 120mhz, using 5:3 shocking.gif
