Probably but not necessarily....try to reseat your heatsink and ensure the fan speed management is calibrated properly or when running Prime or LinX, check the fan and see if it does run at 100%can tell me why is this happen?is it CM TX3 not good enough to handle my cpu temp? i think if got speed 4ghz by default also need that range of vcore..
to evade that.. make more cores.. how to utilize X6 later.. huhu.. |

?Wasted?I dont think so..The price about the same as 965 BE but overclocks much better than it and free X2?Maybe they need to test X6 overclocks.I need to know how it overclocks with 6 cores.

i'm a little bit worry about the X6 125w thingy.. hopefully it's true TDP (max)
coz now they will focus to ACP (Average CPU Power) measurement like this ACP + MC Power + HTT Power = TDP if let say we can monitor those.. very nice ler coz can specify each of them for better and accurate voltage to reduce the TDP.. but still don't worry with many power efficiency tech.. on idle would be.. ACP + MC Power + HTT Power <= 25% TDP just that things to ponder maybe... OPTIMIZING memory controller and hypertransport VOLTAGES.. must take into account.. |

TDP AMD is true.AMD calculate their TDP by max while Intel by average.I think cloudwan has said before.
EG : TDP AMD state is 125W which means if load 100% it wont exceed 125W. |

But there is one time (forgot when), AMD's TDP is average. Ermm.

since the quad opteron they use ACP.. just that i heard they want to use on X6 - not sure though..
maybe we not into the budget thingy.. but for company it's essential to take note.. no matter how.. since we can manipulate those voltages.. lowest possible value will saving alot.. especially if we can optimize them.. while playing with speed.. |
