wow....4mbps for only rm140?! might be worth for me to upgrade..now paying 120++ for 1bmps....

TM Wiring man has come just now and he had install the phone for me.

But there is one thing that confusing me now, i had 2 phone line in my house which one have the socket and other one dont have it.

The one already have socket one is using by my housemate streamyx, and he say they dont have provide socket to us, so he try to use a modem splitter to connect with my housemate socket, like this:

line 1 is my housemate phone line and line 2 is the wiring man's work.

So i have a question here, this setup will affected the streamyx speed and service or not? because its used the same phone line but different number, i really hope it would not trouble me in future.

You register phone line or Streamyx with them?

xiukeong : its same like 1 gig cap at 384kbps...4mbps can give u 512kbps...so take the 4mbps instead

received the DECT phone sent to my house via courier today.. that was least expected

not worth it.. becoz 1mbps normally capped @ 1.5mbps...
if u wan to change just change to 4mbps..

i would like to know,
if i upgrade my existing package: combo60 to BB Deals 90,
is it i will have contract with Streamyx?
i check on mips,
it shows that i do not have any contract with them,
is it their system cannot update this information,
or actually we do not have any contract with them?

if i do not have contract with them,
plan to terminate and get Digi iPhone instead..

but my streamyx 1mbps package always get the speed lower than 900kbps only...

well, i received my modem today but i found that my dsl light have no light at all, and i had try with my housemate modem, same results too.

what should i do now except calling 100? if there has some fast solution better fix by our own right?

Woah, I filled in the upgrade application form in ez-broadband.com today and just 2 hours after i sent in the IC copy through email they have capped my line to 4mbps. Everything was done in just 4 hours and that's amazing. Even though im still on my old account which means im still capped at 1mbps but Im amazed by how fast this online application was being processed.

It seems like they are really efficient so for those who want to upgrade but have no time to step into TM point i'd recommend them to apply on ez-broadband.com

My snr margin has dropped to 13 since they upgraded the line to 4mbps hopefully its good enough for me to surf and play games.

can they apply the Unicoolpack too ?
