hey guys. until today i still got no update calls by TM since i sign up the BBD 4mbps last friday from comp shop who is official TM agents. what should i do now? should i go back 2 the shop n complain or bring the matter TMpoint? i so beh tahan dy waste one whole day just 2 finish 8gb file.
xiukeong : its same like 1 gig cap at 384kbps...4mbps can give u 512kbps...so take the 4mbps instead This post has been edited by skylinelover: Mar 30 2010, 11:25 AM |

QUOTE(XiuKeong @ Mar 30 2010, 01:23 PM) Meaning? what i mean was the only way 2 get faster upload is 2 take 4mbps pckg bcoz its capped higher at 512kbps compare with 1/2mbps capped at 384kbps I currently have 1.4mbps and yet still not enough due to other laptop users from my family members. Once on other laptop, my latency to game server will increase Added on March 31, 2010, 12:11 am QUOTE(Ash @ Mar 30 2010, 05:02 PM) Woah, I filled in the upgrade application form in ez-broadband.com today and just 2 hours after i sent in the IC copy through email they have capped my line to 4mbps. Everything was done in just 4 hours and that's amazing. Even though im still on my old account which means im still capped at 1mbps but Im amazed by how fast this online application was being processed. do u check your area availability b4 applying or u straight away apply without checking area availability This post has been edited by skylinelover: Mar 31 2010, 12:11 AM |

i like 2 ask how 2 count the 1 year subscription period after upgrading. is it based on when the technician fix the connection at home? 4 my case is 6 may 2010 fixing 4mbps. or i count based on my billing period? 4 my case 13 june bill bcoz my 13 may bill is still RM88.

QUOTE(kos.zealous @ Sep 7 2010, 11:40 PM) I wanted to change to Unifi, but I heard a lot of complaints regarding the stability and etc. Should I just change to Streamyx 4mb? FYI, I'm using the 1mb package right now. Is there any significant difference? very big difference |

QUOTE(solarmystic @ Sep 15 2010, 11:13 AM) Lol True enough. haha icBut I have 'em all (the HDDs) in a low power File Server for QUICK access on my GBE LAN Network, so it's worth it lol Besides... how can a 15 GB 1080p movie fit in a DVD unless you split it? Lol... and DVDs take too long to browse if i want my file(s) on Demand in the network... Blurays are still to expensive to burn for archiving.... And their all 10 GB+ files! nah i wont burn full 720/1080 sadly...only micro 720/1080 can fit the dvd...although super compressed files but quality still ok 4 me |

QUOTE(iipohbee @ Feb 14 2011, 08:34 PM) I've just noticed that they got rid of the 512kbps and 384kbps Combo Deals. haha this is what we will suffer s long s *you know who* keep the anti competition policy 4ever http://www.streamyx.com/promotions/promoti...ansformyourhome That's like forcing the regular consumers to go for minimum 1mbps @ RM110 Considering this Blockbuster deal is also your monthly phone rental/fixed line phone service with internet, Malaysians now are forced to spend on average over RM100 for internet and phone bills?
