@Roysmith,
It shouldn't since Singapore iPhones are officially unlocked sets; unless U didn't get it from SingTel and the phone happens to be an unlocked one; but if that is the case, U'll even have problems using the phone (call in/call out) function. |

Read the pinned thread on the link I provided earlier; if after having troubleshot it, it's still not working then perhaps U need to get the actual settings from DiGi. Like I said, I'm not familar with JB phones; there are several users here on DiGi and they're not having issues [look up neekun] |

Bell currently offers the iPhone 3GS to customers on their HSPA+ network. I just follow the instruction. I set "diginet" at cellular data and the mms setting. Thats all. The problem solved after i switched off the phone for 2 minutes and i can log into the internet. Later, i found out i cant receive sms and call if the phone in edge mode. I have to change to 3g. Den it will be ok. Hope u can advice. TQ |

I was trying out sn0wbreeze to jb 3.1.3 and somehow itunes gave me 1600 error. After that, my iPhone is basically a dummy set. I tried to go into DFU mode but after more than 20 seconds of holding home + power button, nothing happen. Funny thing is iTunes detected my phone is in recovery mode. I tried restoring to 3.1.2 and 3.0.1 but iTunes showed me "error 1600".. I guess from this point onward, it does not relate to jailbreaking. My phone is just not booting up. I've been searching over the net for solutions and sending it back would be my last option since they'll most probably replace with a new set with 3.1.3 OS.. Thanks! Attached thumbnail(s)

1600 occurs due to the fact that the firmwares u tried to restore are not signed by apple anymore. restoring the phone with 3.1.3 will work, and i don't think maxis will honour your warranty if they are able to restore to 3.1.3, which i'm sure it can be done. |

guy, how to cut a portion of a song in itune? i want to cut song for ringtone. and how can i choose my ringtone from my music? Because i check in the ringtone, there is no any songs from my music. All default songs.

Sorry if this has been asked before.
A few days ago, I updated the carrier file (digi) from iTunes. Yesterday, I noticed that there was Internet Tethering option under Network. At first, I was YAY, now I can tether with digi instead of only Maxis. Last nite while playing game on the phone, I noticed I had ads running which was not supposed to without connection which I ignored. This morning, I got a shock, as it seems that there is no Cellular Data Network option --> meaning I cannot set my APN hence unable to disable edge. Can anyone help me? |

How come you 'everytime need to copy all contact'?
