U don't haf to tell them you're on the iPhone; just tell Maxis U want to totally disable the 3G/EDGE services. They can do it on their main system and U will no longer have to worry about $ flying out the window.

If I ain't mistaken, there's new network settings for DiGi. When U plug ur iPhone into iTunes, U should get a prompt asking U to update network settings; have U done that?

PS: Are U on a JB phone?

Hmm.. I'm not familiar with JB phones; perhaps U could read the pinned threads and see if others have a solution to offer U.

It shouldn't since Singapore iPhones are officially unlocked sets; unless U didn't get it from SingTel and the phone happens to be an unlocked one; but if that is the case, U'll even have problems using the phone (call in/call out) function.

Read the pinned thread on the link I provided earlier; if after having troubleshot it, it's still not working then perhaps U need to get the actual settings from DiGi.

Like I said, I'm not familar with JB phones; there are several users here on DiGi and they're not having issues [look up neekun]
