Is it true that for DiGi customers, the iPhone does not have the feature of " Call Divert " ? This was what the DiGi Customer Service Consultant told me. Another Customer Service Consultant said to key in different codes for "When busy" & "When unanswered". Which one is correct?

try restore your iphone and install apps 1 by 1. it could be 1 app be the main problem and effect other apps. like what i had encountered.

if that is the case i need to restore everything already..

You may try this method:
1. Go to the Settings>General>Network>Cellular Data Network.
2. You will see 3 sections:
-Cellular Data
-MMS
-Internet Tethering
3. Under Internet Tethering section, type celcom3g in the APN field.
4. Then go back to Settings>General>Network. Internet Tethering option will emerge just before VPN option. Turn on the option. You will be asked weather to connect via bluetooth or usb to your notebook/pc.

I think it should work.

i no longer can used my 3G to surfing internet.facebook..
already turn on cellular data but no option to setting cellular network

and the worst
no mms setting
even i go thru setting>general>messaging

you need to enter your setting in general>network>cellular data network manually then after that you have to reboot it, please check at telco at pinned thread where it have the setting in iphone guide where it has a list of setting there.

Just to let you guys know, for the MyKeePass app, you need to upgrade all your version 1.x (kdb) to version 2.x (kdbx) since it will no longer be supported for importing files in the latest iphone OS 4.

I tried googling for answer but since this is new and the app is no longer listed in MY store, I just tried upgrading the kdb password file to version 2 and now it works

cant.. because if you plugged in into itunes, itunes will recognized firmware 4.0 instead of 3.1.3. unless you have SHSH saved, you can custom the firmware in.. Hope it helps
