Can somebody advise me how to activate the voicemail button (the last button after you tap Phone). I remember setting it up last time but now its lost.

For the iphone, will you get push notifications straight away even when your phone is in sleep mode?
Because, when i use my ipod touch, it does not get push notifications straight away when it is in sleep mode because the ipod gets disconnected from wifi after a few minutes when i put it to sleep mode.
So i was wondering if the iphone gets disconnected from either wifi or the 3g data network when it is put to sleep mode. Any idea?

WIfi will automatically off when in sleep mode. When you on back wifi or 3g data, It will give you a push notification after time as long as you have mail notifications set. As with that it connects to the internet every X number of minutes and when that happens, it also checks for push notifications.

Yea, thats for data usage. In other circumstances, if you are replying on wifi to push notifi, when u off from sleep mode, your wifi will act to search the latest notifi again. And maybe after few mins, notification will pop.

If you don't activate your mail notifications, can you still get notifications from other apps if you are using 3G data services even when you're in sleep mode?

Anyone plz help me...

I am using Iphone 3GS, JBed version. Have been so satisfied and happy with the device.

But out of the blue ,all the games in my iphone have been muted ( music setting is ON condition ) cannot even make volumn adjustment in the game. . . my software like FM , TVUplayers and ringtones is working good. Only gaming is muted.

Do anyone know wha happened actually ?

Have you check whether your mute switch is on? Last thing is hold home & sleep for 10 seconds (don't flick the switch) and let it reset.

is it possible to restore my iphone 3.1.2 to 3.1.3 instead of IOS4?

i tried restoring but it says error after contacting apple. i don't want to go IOS4 yet.

If yours is 3gs, then you have no choice but to upgrade to 4.0

guess i'll have to stick with 3.1.2 then.

I don't know wat went wrong with my phone...
prior to restore...my phone keep on reappear those apps that have removed...
then i restore it...but i stucked at emergency screen...
but yesterday already borrowed a forumer simcard to unlock it...

then now...the phone has problem of not saving settings and deleted apps keep on reappear...

no saving setting: example, when i keyed in facebook username and password...accessed and then quit without log out...
the next time i get in, it still require me to key in those username and password...
and also...for game apps...it wont save ur game!

and another big problem...
the papago...no longer display any searching result after i key in a certain place...
kinda frust now...
sigh...

please help...
