Ok guys, the other day I bought this Mophie Juice USB Battery Pack to extend my Iphone's battery power.

As can be seen below


One day i pull out my USB charger from the Mini USB Port, and the silver lining for the mini USB port + something from the mini USB port got ripped out from the said battery pack.



Anyone know how much for repair? And where to repair besides going back to the place I bought it.

Perhaps its due to bugs in the new OS.. By the way, are you jailbroken your device? if yes and you do have saved 3.1.3 previously in cydia, you might want to downgrade to fw 3.1.3

Error 13 and 14: These errors are typically resolved by performing one of more of the steps listed below:

1. Perform USB isolation troubleshooting, including a different USB port directly on the computer.
2. Put a USB 2.0 hub between the device and the computer.
3. Try a different USB 30-pin dock connector cable.
4. Eliminate third-party security software conflicts by following iTunes for Windows: Troubleshooting security software.
5. There may be third-party software installed that modifies your default packet size in Windows by inserting a TcpWindowSize entry into your Registry. If your default packet size is set incorrectly it can cause this error. Contact the manufacturer of the software that installed the packet size modification for assistance.
6. Connect your computer directly to your Internet source, bypassing any routers, hubs, or switches. You may need to restart your computer and modem to get online.
7. Try to restore from another known-good computer and network.

If you find an ASR error 1000 in the iPhone, iPad, or iPod updater log file, that is an error decompressing and transferring the IPSW file that is downloaded during the restore. This error is frequently caused by third-party security software interference, a poor quality Internet connection resulting in a bad IPSW download, or a conflict on the USB bus.

last few week i also cannot restore and got error 29. bring to maxis n they give new set. lucky still got 2 more month waranty.

Anyone can help me? I have a iPhone 3G that is not JB and old firmware.

I don't want to upgrade to iOS4 (cause lag comment), but I want to upgrade to 3.1.3. Can I still use iTunes 9.1 to do the upgrade to 3.1.3 or is there any way to upgrade using the IPSW?

Please help.

shouldn't be any problem with iTunes 9.1. just download the 3.1.3 firmware. you can get the firmware link from this thread - http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/868281

and after finish downloading open itune and hold shift and click restore (for Windows users) and select the firmware.

Will apple still sign the 3.1.3 firmware? I don't want to stuck with unusable phone and need to upgrade to iOS4.

guys i have super trouble...
i just update my i phone software from ios3 to ios4
the problem is now after done installing using sync with i tunes my i phone stuck...
and my laptop usb mentioning that the usb not recognize the i phone.
now the i phone display is just showing usb arrow connect with i tunes...
helpppp me...... [using i phone 3g]

Winterboard is pretty obvious if you check carefully on the forum board. You will see the thread. If not , just use the search function.

Dear members, wanted to know what region format(Settings>General>International) do you set your iphone to? I would like to set mine to Malaysia but have my Calendar and Safari's language to be English. As it is, both Calendar and Safari are in Malay.

Why choose Malaysia as my region format?
1. I'm in Malaysia
2. When searching using the google toolbar in Safari, it will give more relevant results to me.
