i believe the state you entered in your iphone is restore mode note DFU mode, try follow this step.

1- connect your iphone to pc and open itunes
2- turn off your iphone
3- press both home button and sleep button for 10 second then after that continue hold home button for the next 10 sec( while relese the sleep button after those 10 second)
4- your itunes should detect your iphone in restore mode by now, the only different is that your iphone will not show any restore logo( it will become black ).
5- try to restore it in that way,

@1212345656, We can only hope they will release the unlock solution as soon as the OS4 released officially, until that time we can wait patiently for the unlock.

p/s: i also have some of my friends/customer who need my help to unlock, but i can only say to them that the unlock will be release soon .

ok some far out questions. can iphone do remote desktop connection? and also buy ticket online from gsc or tgv webbie?

clean restore can be done only via DFU mode?

how about if i straight away, upgrade 3.12 to 3.13? or just Reset: Erase All Content and Setting,then upgrade?

intend to upgrade my mrs. i3gs since her set giving a problem - now quite often auto shutdown and switch off when on call..

remote desktop can... but i'm using logmein... donno got direct remote or not...

and online ticket from gsc or tgv is a no... havent try with opera mobile yet...

Im not sure if you can make it clean by just reset all content but it is more prefer'able' to do a clean restore for your iphone.

you can do it by just click a restore button on your itunes of enter a dfu mode then do a clean restore, usually people tend to use DFU restore because it is more successful than just press a restore button in recovery mode(got icon/logo on the screen), im not saying that restore in emergency mode does not success but i personally think DFU mode better..

btw you can restore all of your setting in your iphone after you restore you iphone firmware, make sure to backup first.. ^^

erm...my iphone got problem now , since the first day i got my iphone , my wifi very weak , but still can detect my home wifi , my friends told me iphone wifi very , so i forget about it .
but then my brother and my sister iphone wifi was no problem and can detect the wifi , so i think this is my iphone problem , i get my iphone from maxis , can i warranty it or get a new 1? i JB it already and now i am using 3.1.3 vers .

has been test :

restoration and test without jailbreak
reset whole setting although only need reset network setting
fully charge the battery

so how ah ? can warranty or not ? i heard my friends say you jailbreak the phone , u lost the warranty , teach me teach me

I didn't even sync the application....

well...if problem still prolong...bring the phone to maxis for service and if it not solved claim warranty..there are some steps you need to see..
1) make sure you back up everything on your pc
2) restore back your phone
3) dont bring a jailbroken phone..

our warranty wont be taken into consideration if show them a jailbroken phone with cydia apps...so recover back your warranty in just restore back factory setting towards the current firmware and you are fine with the warranty..

A new iPhone, a new price cut. Sure, the iPhone 4G/HD isn't official yet but pretty much everything there is to know about it has leaked. Anyway, Wal-Mart is cutting the price of the iPhone 3GS down to 97 US dollars.

A price cut just before the launch of a new iPhone is not unusual - the current "old" iPhone, the iPhone 3G with 8GB memory goes for 99 dollars (the 3GS was going for 199 dollars). Now, Wal-Mart is retiring the 3G as the iPhone 3GS is about to become the "old" iPhone.

Steve Jobs himself is giving a keynote in the beginning of June without a doubt announcing` iPhone 4G (or HD if that's what they are going for). However, because of all the leaks people pretty much know what to expect from the new generation Apple smartphone.

Anyone not terribly excited about the new features that the iPhone 4G will bring will surely be tempted to snatch an iPhone 3GS at a more affordable price point. The 99 US dollar offer by Walmart features the 16GB built-in memory, but also a catch - a 2 year contract with AT&T.

Still, instead of buying off the leftover iPhone 3GS stock, it'd probably be better to wait a few weeks more and then make the decision. The iPhone 4G will have some pretty sweet features, like a higher-res screen and quite possibly 720p video recording.

Still Walmart already has theirs on sale right now.

I wonder if anyone else have the same kind of problem as I do. I use Celcom and have requested Celcom to disable data for 3G/EDGE/GPRS. The problem is that whenever I call out, the call gets disconnected a few seconds the person answers. The second try is OK though and does not get disconnected. However, it is OK for incoming calls. Weird huh. Would really appreciate any help.

that's bizarre.

for maxis, it is extreme difficulties for incoming calls.

it is like out of the blue, you get text messages from maxis, stipulating the allegedly missed calls.

Any1 can teach me how to jailbreak?

Hey all the sifu-s here.
I got problem on the wifi connection.

- I can access to internet but the WIFI ICON did not show up.

I restarted the phone, taped on "forgot this network" & reconnect

Hope all the sifu can help me.

My iphone stuck at Itunes and only appears stuck for emergency so wat should i do?

Hm, I also have this problem from Digi.

Last time, everyday will have at least 2-3 sms-es told me that i have miss call from someone.

Sometime, my family cant even reach me and have to call my office. Strange enough, after i call them back, few sms will come with all the miss call information.

Complain to customer service, and the issue gone.
This problem not only happen to me, but to all my supplementary lines as well.

Easy to call out, but hard for incoming calls.

Edit: All this happen even my signal strength is very strong.
