I haven't upgraded my software but looking at all the problems, I'm thinking I shouldn't. What are the changes in the upgrade?

Ok.. I just updated my phone through wifi on my phone by keying in:
*#0000# > options > update software and surprisingly it worked. Now I'm a 0.31.023 Nokia E72 user. Difference I feel, I realized there isn't any warning tones anymore? When I lock my keypad, I don't hear anything. Also, the navi doesn't feel as smooth? Or maybe I'm just paranoid. Will keep everyone updated after testing out and comparing. Added on April 26, 2010, 9:30 pmOk, update, there is a warning tone.. my bad.. This post has been edited by Ak23: Apr 26 2010, 09:30 PM |

You must be kidding me. By changing the product code, you can self update it yourself. RM80 is so expensive. |

QUOTE(AskarPerang @ Apr 26 2010, 11:38 PM) You pay RM80 to update to the latest firmware? Look on the bright side. By getting Nokia to do it for you, it is like a computer being formatted and doing a clean installation from scratch. On the other hand, doing it yourself is like doing a computer window OS upgrade and will always feel less "clean" or "less fast" then the former and with less free phone memory available. You must be kidding me. By changing the product code, you can self update it yourself. RM80 is so expensive. |
