my e72 has this annoying clicking sound on certain keys on the qwerty.. is it covered under the warranty if want to check? maybe repair?

I haven't upgraded my software but looking at all the problems, I'm thinking I shouldn't. What are the changes in the upgrade?

Ok.. I just updated my phone through wifi on my phone by keying in:
*#0000# > options > update software and surprisingly it worked. Now I'm a 0.31.023 Nokia E72 user. Difference I feel, I realized there isn't any warning tones anymore? When I lock my keypad, I don't hear anything. Also, the navi doesn't feel as smooth? Or maybe I'm just paranoid. Will keep everyone updated after testing out and comparing.
