All forumer, why so quiet for Persona club here? Why dont we re-form the club here by open another new threat for Persona Elegance? Any suggestion?

mine is previous version of Persona. Getting the car this 2 days i think....

yeah...mine was the 1st batch year 2007 same as ralf's one...mileage 50k...and found out that the water reduce slightly but after 2-3weeks of drive..la....check the engine cap no white mixture of coolant, then no leaks, change the radiator cap still same i guess...hopefully not gasket problem..la...as no overheat before......highway and city,jam drive... yours was the aircond problem right?? ...

Mine ok wor..water level remain at "Max" line..

btw, where is the EGR Valve on Persona??? Someone guide me please.

If Im not mistaken, the Proton technical person told me that all persona model already have EBD.
anyone can explain here...

Sad to say that Proton Edar service centre at Sect 51A Jan 227 P.J. is closing. Did 1st service there before going to work in USJ in the morning. Pretty good service. Too bad

close already??? I just did my service 2 weeks ago and they already claim the orifice valve for me and now I just wait for the actuator come then I will go and fix it. Their service really superb, all my clink clank sound gone and my car now smooth like brand new

In dilemma now, whether want to change my Waja to Persona.
Test drive Persona M-Line (A), NICE. First, enter the vehicle (new feel), then start the engine (smooth and love the sound)-so class (better than H.City), drive quite responsive also for auto (coz I'm driving manual) & NVH quite good .
My car near to 10 yrs old, buy 2nd hand. Still fine but cabin quite noisy at hi-speed (110kmh & above). Wife also complain abt the a/c vent & she can't drive manual.
Why I want to choose Persona. 1)New-Hope not much problem 2)Cheaper price compare to T.V & H.C. 3)No need to pay so many years. 4)Safety features (airbag, ABS,EBD -current car-nothing) 5)Sound system (MP3+USB)-most used car don't hv this (save few hundred, mah).
But doubt the Campro-IAFM engine, don't know is it reliable (maybe for 10yrs & above)?

Nope..it doesn't equip with EBD. EBD is eletronic brake distribution..

The sales person really lacks of knowledge ler..

So... planning to go for 25K service... closed already.... how about your actuator
