The dent mark which only appear on the right side is a good prove for the fact that you drive on emergency lane, and he keep banging you from right to push you into ditch.

By the way, the police report is not specific enough, didn't mention on the car chase, attempt to murder, etc. What with the "MENOLAK MUKA KAWAN SAYA"? Any bump on his face? The police didn't do any alcohol test on those road bullies?

If the city has clear sign of dents and damage on the bumper, they already lose half of the case already.

coz i am quite tulan who think they own the road whenever people want to switch lane they will get agitated and honk u , show sign, flash u , and speed up so that u cant switch lane

Why you never call the newspaper company and post up the story, can let the public know and take aware when driving at night. Get that Honda City car photos and the number plate, post up to the newspaper.

In my mind, I feel that there must be something wrong with those people's mind. All we know that Honda City and Toyota Vios is at the same range in terms of car size, price and level. People tend to drive and take the opponent as "enemy" as I experienced it before too in Penang. Few months ago there was also a Honda City tried to challenge me on the road, I don't know what is his intention and I never do anything on him on the road.

Maybe TS is on high speed on that lane and that people was trying to cut into his lane in a sudden. In that case, I will also flashlight that people to let him know that somebody is coming through and it's dangerous to cut into lane like this. Of course, be gentle, do not give any of your body sign to opponent. Honk and flashlight is okay but do not flash until too long, people will get angry too.

Agreed. Back in June 2008, 3 months after I bought my smart forfour, a black Honda City (07 VTEC model) tailed me all the way back from Ampang on the AKLEH (Ampang Elevated Highway) at 11PM. The speed limit was 90kph but I was doing 100kph.

Inside, there 2 Ah Bengs. As my car was still new, I chose to ignore them (proceed to left lane) but they followed. I swerved right, they followed as well and until that moment, I jammed on the brakes (tq, for ABS) and they swerved to the left, lost control for 5 secs, recovered and we both end up at the Smart Tag lanes.

From his face alone, I can see he was terrified and I just gave him the 'look' and he drove away slowly.

I hate tailgater and willing to risk damage to my brand new car just to teach them a lesson. What is wrong with these people anyway? Already have VTEC engine, 7-speed gearbox and dual airbags, still not enough ah?

In my situation, cops will side me because I'm the victim (kena bang from behind). Even CCTV at the toll booth will prove my case because I had to slow down as there were cars in front of the Smart Tag lane.

Do some Honda City owners have a death wish?

the police called me just now, said need to wait warrant before they can proceed to note my statement, they only take photo of my car, ask me to wait. some friend ask me to report to bukit aman, some said no need. im confuse too.

any chance of getting to the newspaper? its not normal road bully its murdering, imagine my rear door kemek n contacted with my rear tyre already how m i going to escape, i maintain on low speed bcz i afraid my tyre explode.

Jenjarom, Banting is down because it's polluted by ah beng and low-educated people.. Not meant to be discriminate, but it's from what what we see.. (SORRY IF OFFENDED, but i do not mean everyone that stay in Banting / Jenjarom)

Banting is a nice place to have some nice food... don't let those ah beng spoil the image of Banting.

I am from Klang and i hardly go to Banting or Jenjarom (ahh.. just went temple tcs few days ago)...

By the way, if the police has probably taken bribes from the Honda City ah bengs, u can always forward your report to MACC to show unfairness being made to you..

And always remember, never go down when requested, u'll never know what they will do to you or your friends, first thing to do is take out your camera phone to take video or picture for proof.

I have encounter a case similiar like you on last few days, in old klang road, there's a kapchai motorcyclist riding recklessly on cutting lane (highway), so i gave him a friendly horn to remind him. But guess what? The motorcyclist follow me all the way to a traffic light and want to initiate a fight by keep making round and round in traffic light and cock-staring @ my car, but i wont give a damn and make sure my door are locked. It's fine if they want a fight with my trucks

aggree.. u should not censored the honda city car plate coz it wont help u coz there are a lot of honda city on the road.. just publish to all so all road user will alert and know they were ahbeng.. u should report to MACC coz afraid that police are on their side..

Hey TS, thank God you didn't lose your life or sustain any injuries from the whole ordeal. Seriously this is extreme nonsense. That shows how stupid most m'sians are out there. God damn it. Listening to your story alone get me on my nerves.

Many of you guys tell the TS to find a good lawyer but i guess TS has made a police report. So it is a criminal case, after police investigation phase, the AG will decide whether the press charges against the culprit. At any rate, it will be a prosecution case unless of course if the prosecution doesn't want to initiate any criminal prosecution, TS may want engage a lawyer to commence private prosecution.

Push that aside, there is no need for the TS to engage a criminal lawyer for now.

Due to the seriousness of this matter, driving recklessly is not sufficient. This is more like a case of attempted murder under the Penal Code.
These crazy a**holes ought to be removed from our public street. Babi. Chinese somemore. Memalukan chinese only. Lately a lot of chinese ah bengs in the public. Must be the education system + lack parental guidance i guess.
