ON THE WAY BACK HOME AFTER VISITED TONG CHAN SHI (JENJARUM), I FLASHED A CAR WHICH CUT INTO MY LANE, THE DRIVER GET MAD AND POINTED HIS FINGER TO ME AND SCROLLED DOWN THE WINDOW REQUESTED ME TO STOP, I JUST ACT CALM WHEN HE AND HIS FRIEND SCOLDED US, I REFUSED TO GIVE ANY REACTION TO HIM AND STOP, HE THEN ATTEMPTED TO ...STOP ME BY CUT INTO MY FRONT, I AVOIDED HIM AND IGNORE HIM, AFTER THE FOURTH TRY HE FINALLY STOPPED ME AND MY CAR CANT MOVE WHICH IS AFTER 5KM, MY FRIEND WALKED DOWN ASKED, WHAT DO U WANT? NO QUESTION ASK, HE HITTED MY FRIEND, HIS FRIEND WAS ACTIN HERO SEARCHING SOMETHING FROM THE ROAD SIDE, I DOUBTED HE LOOKING FOR WEAPON, ROCK, SMALL STONE ETC.

THE SERIOUS DRAMA STARTED, MY FRIEND QUICKLY WENT BACK TO MY CAR, THE DRIVER TOO, HE REVERSED HIS CAR AND BANG INTO MY CAR, DESPITE THAT I STEPPED ON THE PEDDLE TRYING TO ESCAPE, HE CHASED AND PURPOSELY HIT ME ALL THE WAY FROM PANGLIMA GARANG TO KESAS BRIDGE WHICH IS AFTER 7KM, ITS JUST LIKE HOLLYWOOD MOVIE, HE DROVE HIS CAR BANG ME AND FORCED ME TO DRIVE INTO THE LONGKANG, DROVE IN FRONT OF ME AND BRAKED EMERGENCY.

DESPITE THE LITTLE JAM AND ALOT OF WITNESSES, HE BULLIED ME, TRYING TO MURDERED US. WHEN I REACHED TRAFFIC LIGHT BEFORE I REACH THE KESAS BRIDGE, HE OVERTOOK ME, AND REVERSED HIS CAR TO BANG MY CAR TWICE, ON TOP OF THAT HE TOO FORCED ME TO REVERSED SO I CAN MINIMISE THE DAMAGE OF MY CAR, FEW SECOND LATER A LORRY REACHED BEHIND ME AND I GOT NO WAY TO GO ANYMORE, HE AND HIS FRIEND QUICKLY WENT DOWN AND STARTED TO ATTACK US, BROKE MY FRONT MIRROR. WHICH ALL COME IN SUDDENLY, I THOUGHT OF THE MOVIE 'I AM A LEGEND', WHILE I WAS WILL SMITH AND THE CRIMINAL WERE VAMPIRE GENRE HUMAN.

I GOT NO CHOICE AND I SWIFT TO D AND FORCE HIS CAR TO MOVE AND I ESCAPED FINALLY, I SWITCHED ON THE EMERGENCY LIGHT, DROVE STRAIGHT TO THE NEAREST POLICE STATION, THE POLICE REPORT WAS PRESENTED TO SHOW TO THE PUBLIC AND I NEED WITNESSES TO HELP ME, SO FOR THOSE WHO WATCHED THIS DRAMA, FROM JENJARUM TO KESAS, PLS CONTACT ME.

STORY NOT END YET, POLICE TRANSFERRED ME TO THE MAIN POLICE STATION IN BANTING, I SAW THE HONDA CITY WHICH ATTACKED ME IN FRONT OF THE POLICE STATION, HE REPORTED ME BANG HIS CAR AND ESCAPED. I JUST LOL AND I DON NEED TRAFFIC REPORT, I REPORTED TO THE CRIME INVESTIGATION REGARDING ONE CAR TRYING TO MURDER US. THE DRIVER THEN REQUESTED TO SETTLE EVERYTHING OUTSIDE AND HE IS PAYING ALL THE DAMAGE CAUSED WHEN HE KNOW ALL THE CONSEQUENCES.

OF COURSE I SAID 'NO'
FROM MY PERSONAL VIEW, I GUESS THE INSPECTOR WAS HELPING THEM BY TELLING ME I WILL LOSE IF I GO TO THE COURT AND I TOLD HIM MORE THAN 3 TIMES I DON WAN TO SETTLE, HE JUST KEEP ON BULLSHITING. HAHA, MONEY INVOLVED LO IF NOT WHAT?

TOMORROW I GOT TO CALL TAN SRI MUSA( KETUA POLICE NAGARA), I READY TO REPORT THIS TO BUKIT AMAN TOO.

he chased and bang my car for approx 10km, and the road is congested, at least one hundred car can be my witnesses.

ok now the first point is my report police not specific enough, what should i do next?
the police called me just now, said need to wait warrant before they can proceed to note my statement, they only take photo of my car, ask me to wait. some friend ask me to report to bukit aman, some said no need. im confuse too.

any chance of getting to the newspaper? its not normal road bully its murdering, imagine my rear door kemek n contacted with my rear tyre already how m i going to escape, i maintain on low speed bcz i afraid my tyre explode.

i asked my passanger to film it using mobile phone but all of us scared like hell, the car keep bang us, car sway to right and left, and i need to take care of other road user too.

was busy ytd. i'll continue here realize whatever i missed out.
after honk and flashed, i continued driving in my own speed, without want to challenge with the other guy, they scrolled down the window and scold knb cb, stop at road side if want fight etc etc, their sound is loud enough, i can hear clearly w/o scroll down my window. i no react, just continue driving. they speed up and got away, one minute later before i reached a traffic light i turned to the most left lane with lesser car i didnt notice i overtook the honda city, i guess thats the time he thought im challenging him, he started blocking my car, honk and flash me to force me stop.

i guess i will report to bukit aman la, the banting police station never call me untill today.

p/s: for those who think i deserve it or i challenged him untill he so angry better keep the word for yourself.
so what if i scolded him? he can simply knocked my car? punched my friend? chased us like want-to-kill us, acted like brainless ppl? i thought all these would not happen in malaysia, in a civilize society.

i asked 2 of my friend which work something related to sinchew and china press, they told me to figure it out myself.

the most scary part was when they reversed to bang my car, i was stuck in between a big lorry and the honda city, they went down and smacked my windscreen, tried to get me down since my car was locked. luckily they did this, if not most of them would not believe what i've told, including the inspector.

update 15/3/10
collected my car from factory after claiming all the damages from my own insurance, but the inspector still haven take any action, ring the inspector and make complain, he said he followed the procedure, for case 417 he needs to get approval from shah alam police station then only he proceed the case, take statement from me, wtf, its already almost a month still wait for approval? i tried to report this to bukit aman but the officer refused, he said i need to wait at least 1 month then only can complain. another wtf. for those who understand well about police procedure pls help me on this.

already got contact with a media, i shall follow their instruction, since my car already done repaired, i asked for documentation for the damages of my car and the list of parts claim from the car factory with all the photo.

thanks for your info, that's what i/o told me when i ask how is it going, he said approval not yet sampai.
based on what u listed and words from i/o, i can really assume something is wrong.
