"Cutting into my" lane means cutting without putting signal.

It means cutting into my lane without estimating the distance causing the person at the back to emergency brake.

It also means cutting recklessly without any indication or sign that you were going to change lane.

Its not that we want to make you tulan or what,but I just hate idiots out there who just cut into the lane and miss my car by just centimetres and subsequently I have to emergency brake and all.

So who is actually OWNING the road now?

The person who prevent you from changing lane ,or someone "cutting into my lane" and maybe cause an accident.

Anyway,TS you have my support.Dont hesitate on suing them.

These people have to be removed from the road.

It's still attempted murder by the honda city, their actions are no longer about the flashing incident but is now a clear and present intent to cause harm.

i facepalm on the report..
it doesnt depict real situation as how u post it on the 1st post..
next time, consult the police first on how to clearly describe the incident, then proceed with the report..

u should honk rather than flash.

should anyone get into such unfortunate situation in the future and there is no police station nearby, try to disable the offensive car by letting it rear-end your car
by doing so, you can potentially damage the offending car's radiator and disabling it
better if that car has airbag, let them get a nice punch in their face

To TS,please tell the real story if you are trying to hide something.

A normal person wont go to so extreme thing just to teach you a lesson.Did you tailgate that fellow and annoy the hell out of him after flashing him with ur car? I know I will be pissed if a fast car keep tailgating me while flashing his light eventhough I already give signal telling that driver I just wanna overtake

hmmm.. there are alot of people ready to kill anyone just coz off being honk or flash.. and to say its their mistake that they're being honk..
my uncle's case.. at a traffic light junction while the light is red, one car in front of my uncle's car the driver is bz talking on his phone and didn't notice the light turned green.. all the car on the back of my uncle is already flashing and honking.. finally my uncle also joined and honk also.. and the driver comes out go to my uncle's side ask to lower the window and punch my uncle in the face.. continued by scolding, shouting and kicking the door.. luckily there was patrol police car suddenly showed up so the guy just go back to his car a drove off.. if not i think worst will happened..

its a good thing you did not settle outside court. He'll probably lure you to an area with a lot of "his" gang "to pay you" and...well, you can imagine the worst.

You do not need to worry about his report, it doesn't make sense being an "accident" when dents are all over the car...his and your car rite? If you or your friend had taken a video of the chase/runaway, it'll further solidify your case.

That being said, you should be very careful from now onwards. He could be following you to work/home etc. Continue with your attempted murder police report. Get rid of these bastards for the safety of others.

it happen to once but not untill bang my car la.
at nkve(Bukit Jelutong-Kota Damansara),i was on the right lane.
normally,the highway will jam because theres a lot of people,
going out from subang exit.this fella who drove a myvi,
change his lane from right to mid to cut the right lane.
he cut infront of me.then i continue driving and took kota damansara exit.
before the toll,he slow down his car just beside my car and said
"kau ni samseng ke ? berhenti tepi jalan la kalau xpuas hati.."
i was like what the hell ? lol

I do believe there are stupid people who do stupid things like them, no need any extreme stimualtion to make them act stupidly.

I think that road bully was looking for trouble that day. He must be waiting, scanning for easy target.
These type of people, it's either you're capable to fight them or not. If not better avoid them, don't be hero.
If you're capable, whack the bugger until his own mother can't recognize him.
Going to police is waste of time.
