Fundamentally -> Basically on Friday, bad report on EUR retail sales and German factory orders, not so negative numbers for US.

Technically -> It also dropped because it hit a support level back in December 2009 which was pretty much forseen.

You can try their IBFX debit card, almost instantly hehe, you can withdraw via ATM. But I hardly withdraw nowadays, coz I want to roll it bigger like snowball. Hope can retire early, LOL

The Payoneer debit card charge additional 2.2% exchange rate, it is definitely not worth to withdraw for savings, buy things is ok.

Bank transfers all take the same time nowadays. Usually just 1 day, max 2 days esp in different timezones. The efficiency comes from the broker who has to process your application and instruct their bank to transfer. If they lag behind, so will your transfer. Nothing much to do with the bank.
