Is updating BIOS easy? I never do it before.

Last time I heard updating BIOS is very dangerous. If suddenly no electricity and BIOS update half way, the whole system spoil?

Please advice. Tq.

yep. if anything bad happen during the process of updating, your system will turn into brick at all.
cannot be revive, cannot be repaired.

so i advise to take some times before updating your BIOS. google the review of new BIOS if there is anything wrong with it. if there is seems no problem, just go ahead and update your BIOS

been doing plenty of BIOS update on my old laptops, no issues at all. however, what Mr. Docter posted is true.

apart from that, the laptop will do just fine most of the time.

yea. there should be no problem at all, generally. but i still mention it because it recently happened to Dell Alienware M15x A2 BIOS.

there is no disadvantages in taking precaution

just check you setting on BIOS.

press F3 during boot up, if i am not mistaken.

and he'd mention that he'd played with factory clock, not OC.

Hmm, currently I am quite happy with my alienware perfromance, So better dun update the BIOS. I don't want anything bad happen during this happy hour. haha...

depend on your budget and where do you plan to use it.

F2 > Graphic Setting > Enable Hybrid GPU.

yea. i manage to squeeze all max with my specs and just reach mainly below 20 FPS if i am not mistaken.

it surely playable if using QX9300 with that setting.
