^from the review, with GMA graphics it only last for 4.5 hours while at the Dell site

The 8.5 hours usually cant be achieved in real life.. They may test the battery can lasts till 8 hours as lowest brightness setting, limited processor speed, no activity all the time, no wifi and bluetooth on, etc..
I had Acer 1810tz b4 also claim 8 hours battery life, but usually lasts max 5 hours only with min screen brightness.. |

hmm in engadget review sony Z series get more 3dmark06 point than m11x..but sony is 330m but m11x i 335m..how is tat possible?

If u want to compare using 3dmark06 untick the CPU Test Options .. Only Tick SM2.0 and SM3.0 ......

vaio Z sold at rm8999 says it all. They are not even at the same league in both purpose and class.
benchmark score should consider both CPU and GPU. if its CPU bond then its not fair to m11x, if its GPU bond then its not fair to vaio Z. p/s su7300 is at whole diff class as vaio Z's CPU |
