WWAN basically means can detect wireless at a further radius rite? how to fix it into our m11x? i tot our m11x comes with wwan already just that don have the antenna? will it void the warranty?

If this works, I don't mind. I'm scared that the WWAN slot in the Malaysian M11X are dummy slots. Then there's the case of the application to access the hardware. I have Mobile Connect on my Viliv, so if that works then that would be great.

Don't know if this applies to all, or if it's just my Steam account, but I'm getting free Half-Life 2 and its myriad of addons as free downloads. Everybody else too?

cuz m11x only have 2 usb rite? one for mouse, one for keyboard + table fan.
left sata.. so normally i plug my pendrive to sata to transfer file isit ok? or if i wanna add a cooler on the sata, will it be safe or advisable?

WWAN card is where you put ur sim card (3G) to connect with your broadband. and yes 3G is available in malaysia and you know about it. u can buy the usb broadband but it is hassle to bring extra usb and plug to your pc since m11x already have sim slot..so you have to buy a compatible card that support your telco. and Dell 5530 wireless card is unlock to all telco in malaysia

i dont think they just put dummy slot in our m11x...because in uk they have option to add on the WWAN. they dont include us the wwan card because the frequency for the wwan card use in uk cannot be use in our telco provider. the dell 5530 wireless card have driver for windows 7 and for the application to connect to your 3g just create the dial up and use the port for the wireless broadband card

hmmm, if malaysia i noe la. the 3 years premium service + 3 years complete cover will become the international warranty.
i will be upgrading my warranty to 3 years once i got my unit cuz i need that international warranty.
how it applies?
before i leave the country (about 10 days according to my SA), i have to call up dell to tell them i wanna register my warranty to international warranty. after that i will have to go online and fill in an online form which includes ur address in the country you're going.

so yea, tats all i noe lar, tats for malaysia orders.
but US orders i not sure.
