QUOTE(FindingScreemo @ Feb 22 2010, 11:21 PM) Is the external drive a must purchase item? I'm actually interested in this model but currently sitting on the fence Just have a feeling that the processor could be underpowered. Could get an Inspiron 15 with I7 for the same price too. I'll wait for the first batch of owners to give their reviews first |

If desperate can also copy programs to your thumbdrive then install using thumbdrive lar haha...
Btw, where do we customize the lighting color? I'm sort of playing with the customization page in Dell. Also, I'm rather curious as to what brand of SSD is Dell giving. 256GB SSD for 925 is very cheap. |

Is the M11x screen very small? Is it ok to view for long hours of browsing, gaming and some programming?

Thanks for the feedback. Btw, there's an option for SSD in the configuration page. Does anyone know what brand of SSD Dell uses?

QUOTE(Eugene91 @ Feb 27 2010, 05:14 PM) I think a 256GB capacity SSD will be the perfect partner for the M11x, but the price alone can buy another notebook liao I'm planning to get the M11x but now constrained by the flexi-payment option whereby it only accepts Citibank and Maybank cc, sigh... |

Hi regarding negotiating the price for the M11x, how do I go about it? Do I place the order online first and wait for Dell people to call and negotiate, or straight away call the SA and negotiate on the spot before placing the order?

Hi, those of you who bought the M11x chose the SU7300 processor? Anyone bought the SU4100 version?
