how come it can be solve when installed safc?

What I found out is come from air cond system wow.

It can be.. WIll remove my whole dashboard soon.. The sound is so annoying. I asked my friend from edar, they also can't clarify the problem. While need sent back to HQ which need 2-3 days for removing dashboard.

From my experience, there are 2 sound.. One from air cond.. When turn more than half (gen2), it make sound of loosing part... Nothing to do with rpm...
Second one from engine vibration... Before any mod, feel light vibration at paddle during 3k-4k rpm... After mod, no more vibration at paddle.. But got sound from dashboard and door... in that rpm range... Maybe sphiroth mean this one..

Solution: Install ICE... BOOM BOOM POW...

I still send my car to sc, so far

2 years/50k and 3year/150k ewp. Now my is in ewp mode

What mod you did for that?

I settled the air cond sound. Now only the rattling sound at 2.8k rpm to 3.1k rpm. Exactly same noise no matter which gear.. Now what I gonna do is the meter. I suspected the rattling sound is from inside the meter.

singchaii : need to troubleshoot slowly. I don't really notice the vibration at all actually. but i kinda suspect the radio is making the vibration. i've changed by headunit to those aftermarket ones and the slightest trembling will make the vibration sound very loud. i stuffed in quite a bit of superlon into that area between headunit and the aircon controller and area between HU n upper switch module. only when i hit pothole then the sound will come out... coz its hollow in there...

Yes the sound is very annoying. My waja CPS, went to melaka yesterday. With my friends Altis he cruise around 150 all the way. So i was trying to follow, push all gears to 5000 RPM, wth those sounds are damn annoying. After that reach 150kmh the car like a lorry already. Need send back to SC for major check. DAMN...Engine power tapi kena BOOM the car with ICE baru sedap. APA NI!

maybe it is plus wind noise? so the CPS engine plus wind noise make a car like a lorry already. i never push until 150, bcoz tekan until 90kmh already make a noise.

now my gen2 also have rattling sound on the left side of dashboard..
can hear the sound when drives slowly..
but no rattling sound when speeding..
sending to SC this weekend to rectify the problem..
hope they will find the problem..

make appoinment already for friday...when i drive my car there, rev till 6.5rpm also no vibration. what the hell is wrong with our car. hmmm... if install safc is damn exp. gosh..hope these guys can do the job
