rydeck : woiiii dh laa dorg ttp cny cry.gif cry.gif <<< huh??!

singchaii : need to troubleshoot slowly. I don't really notice the vibration at all actually. but i kinda suspect the radio is making the vibration. i've changed by headunit to those aftermarket ones and the slightest trembling will make the vibration sound very loud. i stuffed in quite a bit of superlon into that area between headunit and the aircon controller and area between HU n upper switch module. only when i hit pothole then the sound will come out... coz its hollow in there...

The best is 15inch. Hehe..
Yup.. Either you lowered, or put bodykit. But 16inch using 50 series already so bumpy. If put lowered again, scare more bumpy..

if not mistaken sphiroth using 55 series on the 16" right?

50 i think its quite hard if u r used to 60 or 65 series tyres. i would vouch for 55 height anytime for any rim size becoz its more comfortable n stable enough during cornering. i'm talking from the stock abs n springs perspective. with lowered springs i think you have no choice but to go for 50 series otherwise the tyres will be too big and will hit the fender. the current GAB lowered springs + stock abs already scratching my cars belly on medium angles... lowered springs only good for straights n leveled surfaces...

pearjar, u can always go and get a good air valve meter and keep in your car. at the petrol station, pump more to say about 220kpa.. then release it slowly to your targeted kpa. then whichever station u go should give you the same reading (since u r using the same meter) smile.gif

hope this helps.

morning eastwest taikor.

ahpaul, too much air not good coz it will hasten the centre groove to finish faster... 31-33psi i think still acceptable. harder tyres of coz more responsive la... u dun need to counter the 'lembik'-ness of the tyre from lower air pressure...

Added on March 23, 2010, 10:33 amreally feel like doing the exhaust and adding the FPR...

singchaii, how much is ur exhaust setup again? mind to give comments on the upgrade? how do u feel on the throttle response / FC etc?

ours is DBW (drive by wire) so the throttle lag might be quite obvious. even on MT it does feel a little lag. but i can say its negligible.

dunno le... the SC said change.. so i mah change lo...coolant n brake fluid all still ok.

Say so much also no use le, its still a Proton that Malaysia is proud of. Although got alot of problem, but we still support them. Nvm Proton, take your time to produce a car that wont have problems like trottle lag, gear box overhaul after 5k service, dashboard vibrate, reverse sensor gilagila d ask me to rub it once before i gostan my car.. Smart la like this must well wait until i heard BOOOM then only i brake my car...Still, i love Proton because i love my country. Hehehehe...

look on the bright side mate..... its still affordable car... cool2.gif
