Honestly I don't know much about the Tx since WK2801 is my first programmable one, compare to ESky Tx for sure it will supersede the latter.

I was trying to do that like what mr.qiw said, killing 2 birds with 1 stone loh. Anyway, if you get 4g6 package together with WK2801, you will still need to get a 2801 Rx, which cost below RM200. But too bad that the RTF package I bought last time is RM100 more expensive now.

But I do admit that I like the feeling of holding my wk2801 Tx and the stick is nicer to play with .... rclxm9.gif

oh okay, i notice that when my batt is fully charged, both blade spins together, but when it was about 65% ...the top spin first, thats normal right?

anyway....
waiting for my flexible tail and extended inner shaft tomorrow (flybar flew out no more!!!)

anywhere i can refer to remove and replace my inner shaft?

already written ... u have 2 motors ... they can never be identical so they operate differently at different voltages .. so blades diff speeds lorr

there will be a NEW 4G6S coming out soon .. 3 axis gyro .. super duper stable almost like COAXIAL .. hahahahahaa

That's the characteristic of coaxial heli I believe.
I had one before and everytime I will deplete the battery until the motor cannot spin .... but is should not be that way ...... I think it is not good to let your 1S lipo drop below 3.5V (or 3.4V?) ....

That gyro again I think it is built-in into the receiver .... hehhehe .. dun know my Tx can use or not

every single of the cell in your lipo pack should not drop below 3.7v
ie. 3.7v per cell .. dropping below that is supposedly not good for your lipos

usually we try nominal time of 5mins then check lipo voltage of a new model or if we did any new mods to the existing model

Not sure which one is true, the other day when I read from somewhere else, the limit is either 3.4 or 3.5 ...... flex.gif But if want to play safe, just follow yours ....

Anyway, I am pretty agree with this
"I recommend that you stick with wooden blades. Understand this: you can't escape the laws of physics. The impact force will go somewhere. If the blades strike, and the woodies explode, all that force is used up in the destruction of the blade. If you have strong carbon fiber blades, and it does not give way, all that force is transmitted directly into the head of the helicopter."

should i get the xtreme battery set 850Mah? it say better acceleration, how true?

also, that day i went to a shop, they reccomend me a device that will beep a sound whenever it reach 3.7v... it saves the battery, good?

it is TRUE .. wood blades will shatter and absorb whatever force it can 1st b4 passing it onto the head and other parts
but wood performance is nothing like CF blades ma .. hehehehe
PROs and CONs

dont bother with the lipo monitor thingy .. just check your time .. can use handphone timer oso

Hehehehe, I can promote another advantage of wk2801 already, it comes with a timer and will beep when time is up tongue.gif
But actually I know that this is quite a common feature for programmable Tx thumbup.gif

Yes Yes Yes ... I did it I did it ......... Heheheheh .... hover hover hover with my 4G6 .......... din care too much about the heli and lifted it up a few feet above ...... can manage to control it a bit for a while but then the throttle controlling not so good ... the heli keep flying up high to around 20 feet and the time I want to reduce throttle to make it land ... it started to lost control a bit (since I am still not so master now) and bang on the field .....
Tomolo going to try the take off and landing a few rounds ...... need to check if I break anything or not with my 4G6 ..... poor heli as I can see the blade kena something already .... price to pay tongue.gif

Qiw, thanks for your suggestion else I think I have to order parts already if I din play on the field ......

see ?? i told u liau maa .. IT WORKS !!!
once u overcome that fear of getting of the ground then u are on your way already
by this time next week u should be able to hover your heli quite comfortably liau .. provided u whack SIM everyday laa

u are missing or forgot to tighten a COLLAR .. the round thing that goes around main shaft and got allen key grub inside for u to tighten
one u tighten that collar the shaft should not go down anymore ...

Added on April 17, 2010, 3:20 pmpps ... went to SAUJANA PUTRA this morning to fly
really big space for u to do virtually anything .. got some very very fast planes .. 250kmh+
my little foam plane clocked in at around 113kmh ... using RADAR GUN !!! huahhaahahahahaa ... not bad at all tongue.gif

Hehehe, compare to the fear of controlling the heli (my wife laughed at me as she saw my shaking thumbs just now), my fear of lifting is milder. But surprisingly, my 4G6 lifted off quite well this morning and I have never do any tuning before except that I know the blade tracking is good from factory. I did not compensate the cyclic a lot to fly up but now the problem is I am weak in controlling the throttle stick ....

kekeke I think I am too used to leave the throttle stick as it is after the heli hovering in the simulator.

Anyway, I really like the 4G6 although it is hard for me to control it now. And this small heli can still survive with a couple of time of blade strike on the ground. If it is my BCPV2 I think I need at least 200 bucks to repair already.

Slapshock, if you want to learn 6CH CCPM heli I suggest that you consider this 4G6. But the problem of this heli now is hard to get parts from LHS, not much.

250KM/H ??? No wonder this rc plane/helicopter can kill people. The other day I saw a video with a bunch of guai low driving their rc heli up to 160mph also, it was a t-rex 600 if i am not mistaken.

QiW, yeap problem settled. Thanks smile.gif

daddoo, why not considering Belt CP V2?

There's this LHS selling BeltCP V2 for 699 complete everything, setting and test flight.

Added on April 17, 2010, 9:03 pmargh. my lama v3 cant fly properly, i felt like flying raptor 60 in simulator tho it is easier.

need a lot of hand control, cant let it hover without touching the tx anymore, need hand control to make it hover...

Belt CP V2 is far more bigger than 4G6. I found that it is harder to start with BCPV2 first maybe it is because the heli is not able to cope with crashing.

It is cheaper but the Tx is a very cheap one and totally not programmable, hence you may limit yourself in certain function only. I have 1 BCPV2 actually and I bought it about 2 months ago with less than 600 bucks, 2.4GHz version.

Hehehe, you want my BCPV2 ar?
