guys,

is it normal that esky setting will lari one?

because everytime i set nice nice (adjust the prop), after play, then after i recharge the setting lari back.

also, how do i adjust my servo to be both 90degrees? because now the right sideof my heli is 75deg from the main shaft, i need to adjust the trimming to proper it back. if my aileron trim in the center, it will get back to 80deg from main shaft.

if it is really necessary to adjust your servo horns to be 90
turn on your radio and connect the batt to heli (be careful not to touch your throttle or else the blades will spin or unplug your motor wires 1st) .. open the screw that is holding the horns to the servos .. then pull out the horns and plug it back it as 90 as possible ... thats the best u can do coz there are no subtrim options on the radio
but on the LAMA it is NOT NECESSARY to get 90 on the servos

what did u set nice nice ??
do u mean u trimmed the heli nice nice ??
u have to remember there are 2 BRUSHED motors running and performance tend to deteriorate as batt power goes down .. since it is almost impossible to have identical output motors your trims will be off a little every time u plug in a FRESHLY CHARGED batt compared to a batt after few mins of flying (the yaw)
as for the ailerons and elevator controls (servos) .. they SHOULD NOT change and should be the same most or all the time unless something is/are faulty
oso u must remember the LAMA COAXIAL is very sensitive to wind .. every time u trim the heli when u fly may not be exposed to the same breeze conditions (magnitude and direction)

Thanks QiW, regarding the servo adjusting did you mean

1.turn on tx and plug in batt on the heli
2.set the elevator and aileron trim to the center
3.plug out the inner shaft B (the shaft that connecting swash plate and servo horns)
4.force servo horns to be both 90 degrees ("force" because when i plugged the batt on heli its a bit hard to push up or push down)

would that damage the servo?

also, another thing..i dont know why, but my aileron nose are moving up and down at times even i didnt touch the tx (the chit chit sound) as theservo nose is moving a little up and down. it didnt stay calm, but it happen at times not everytime.

Do not force the servo, it will damage the gear... what QiW means is use screw driver to remove the servo horn screw, then take out the servo horn and relocate at desire position.

oh ok, i got that.

i did tried force once or twice, but its really hard.

anyway since QiW mentioned that its not necessary to make sure the servo horns are both at 90deg from main shaft, then i think i wont bother it.

what i mean as setting nice nice is, yes, i did adjust the proprtion and gain (tho i didnt see that my gain has any effect?) and set it until that my esky hover without me even touching the Tx, but then after i recharge and play back..i need to readjust again.

for another question, it seems that after i change to the new blades, my top blades spins '1clicked' faster than my bottom blades, how do i adjust this?

1click*= the throttle when u pushed up can feel this 'clicked' feeling.

different blades have different weight ... your new blades might be a bit heavier so takes more effort for the motor to start spinning it
according to the LAMA manual ... u should try adjusting the proportional on the rx
OFF everything .. adjust ... ON everything .. test >>. repeat until satisfactory
or u can just trim it lorr .. huahahahahaa

forcing your servos to move without radio input will damage your servos ...
since u mentioned the servos are moving by itself without any input from your radio ... means >> glitch from radio or servos starting/gone bye bye liau
replace servo(s) that are glitching and try again ... imagine that servo suddenly not responsive and the heli start heading towards u ... huahahahahaa

servos are not too expensive laa if u go budget servos
i using budget servos on all my planes so far no problems oso .. less than rm15 each .. hahahaha
just replace the faulty servo laa .. If the servo is the problem
but b4 u replace the servo maybe u can interchange the elevator and aileron servos to see if it is servo prob or not .. maybe radio glitch prob leh ??

Hehe, not bad to sim using LCD TV ah, much more nicer compare to the small laptop screen. But now I got the feeling of playing video games .... wahahhahahahahhahah my wife was joining me as well and she was so excited to take over the Tx and play. However she threw it back to me after a few minutes because she does not know how to control .......

first.. i was only doing low pass, didn't know my friend go to stand in the middle of the path.. hahahaha

from the look of the video, it was quite fast.. but the simple construction means cannot take too much abuse..
even from a not so high speed cruising, the wing flattered...

maybe i'll build a faster one if my friends over take me... they haven't build yet...
