actually when you setting up your 450Pro, do you need to purchase screws and nuts yourself? Or included in the package?

hehehehe, did you do all the setup like swash levelling, blade tracking yourself ar?

everything done to my planes and helis i did it myself ... including some mods to make things work properly or better
swash leveling blade tracking are all basic stuff u must know to fly a heli
screws are normally included in the kit that u buy (NEW KIT la) ..

Added on March 18, 2010, 2:17 pmps ... buy tools alone oso cost me at least rm300 already
u will need good tools to work with or else u will waste time

Yes, i have all those... I only used swash plate leveler when i don't know how to hover...
After i mastered hover... i use visual to level it... then fine tune using hover...

pitch gauge is an must for cp~

Is that really important to do blade balancing?

Hehehe, I just ordered a cheapo pitch gauge which is around RM40 i think. I did not order swashplate leveler because I found that it can be done using a zip tie, should be better than visual inspection I think ....

hex + philips screwdrivers .. pitch gauge .. ball link pliers .. locktite .. mini sharp nose pliers .. etc etc ... lots of essential tools

Added on March 18, 2010, 9:41 pmswash leveler not essential but good for new ppl for reference just in case
pitch gauge u can get align ones (very very good) for rm50 .. cheapo ones costs around rm10-20 but still does the job laa

balancing is to minimise vibrations .. when u have lots of vibrations your gyro go crazy .. then u are in trouble as the tail will not hold properly or even hold at all depending on your gyro setup

Swashplate levelling is just to make sure that 3 points (for 120 degree one) of the swashplate are always level when you just move the throttle stick, right?

Hmmmm, it looks like blade balancing quite important as well .......

Locktite can use on plastic parts or not??

If that's the case, then locktite is not suitable to me at the moment, because most of the BCPV2 parts are plastic.

I remember the manual mention something like "screw glue" but not sure where to get this ........
