Afaik, theres no limit activation on dow2, its just gfwl buggy part of it.

So, if u gotten error msg like "your activation has expired etc."

Just email to their support department, so that they will reactivate yer game again.

Thats what i gathered according to the relic official forum.

guys, i bought and finished downloading DOW2 from Steam. With all the info i read on the net regarding GFWL country restrictions and online ID. How do i begin. I dont want to make any mistake and burn my CD-KEY.

PS: I have offline GFWL profile that i used to play pirated games with. Please advise in accordance. Thanks

Theres no such thing as Relic online...thier previous client was related to Gamespy which they don't want to use for some internal reasons...

All these questions we basicly talked about before.
As for region restrictions regarding certain places. What are you talking about ? What kind of restrictions ?
I do know that if you own a offline account (to play pirated games) it shouldn't be link in any way with your proper account.

Regardless if you use it for other games. What happens if you do is that the GFWL client will ask you for the CD-key related to the game thats all.....I've not encountered a problem where they would ban you for playing a game thats not registered.

yes, Inquisition could be damn awesome 

I see 3 possibilities if it's Inquisition:

- Grey Knights or Deathwatch.
Both are actually under Inquisition command (Anti-Demons and Anti-Xenos).
They are cool and all but too close to the normal SM in my opinion, wouldnt be special enough.

- Imperial Guard lead by Inquisitor

Could be damn cool
Totally fluff accurate

Con is that IG scales poorly to DoW2 scale in my opinion, they are all about numbers and big tanks, both are hard to fit in the new game.
Managing to have all your guards under cover or handling tanks would be so-so

- Go the whole Inquisition way and just propose an Inquisitor and his retinue
In the fluff Inquisitors usually surround themselves with special individuals that are useful to them.
Could be anything from warriors, tech-priests, psykers, savants etc.

So it could totally fit in the DoW2 scale of few units

This would be, imo, the coolest option as you could have a huge variety of design and units.
You can have warriors from tribal worlds or hive cities, tech-priests like individuals etc.
In term of variety this is pretty much the broadest you can get in the WH40K universe.
Wait and See I guess, but this might end up a Day1 purchase for me, if only for ORKS WITH PIRATE HAT!

Man this would sucks, I fail to see what's the point for this kind of games really.

Give me a standalone game and I am happy to fork money for it... this kind of microtransaction, no way.
